TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I/we understand the ceremony content is due 2 weeks before the ceremony date. 2. I/we understand the $200 retainer fee confirms the booking and that the retainer fee is non-refundable after 10 days from making the payment. 3. I/we understand that the balance of the fee is due two weeks before the ceremony date. Payment will not be accepted on the day of the ceremony. 4. I/we understand there is a $25 fee for NSF cheques. 5. I/we understand that our fees are transferable for up to 24 months due to a change in the ceremony date (ie. Covid pandemic, family illness). I/we agree that the officiant much be included in the rescheduling to ensure his/her availability 6. I/we understand the ceremony must start within 30 minutes of the contract start time. 7. I/we understand the ceremony content must be submitted to your officiant no later than 2 weeks before the ceremony. If received after the deadline it may not be included in the ceremony. 8. I/we understand that time of the ceremony on the contract cannot be changed without first contacting the officiant to ensure their availability.
